Milani Matte Baked Blush in Bella Rosa

These baked blushes are not new to the market, but I just purchased mine recently. The brushes I’ve been using with this are my stipple brush and the angled blusher brush by Bdellium Tools. It lasts on my skin for more than 7 hours — doesn’t fade, doesn’t move, doesn’t transfer. Can this shade work for all skin tones? I’m tempted to say yes. For fairer skin, it would simply give a deeper flush — pair it with a dark lip or wear it in the fall. On medium to olive skin tones, this would be flattering simply applied to the apples of the cheeks. For darker skin tones, such as myself (NC45) to NW44 this does look somewhat natural when applied lightly. It does not come off as bright as it seems in the pan — looks intimidating, but it works. It just works. Oh and it’s less than $10, so can you really go wrong?
